Household Questionnaire

We are now in the final stages of drafting the Questionnaire. Our plan is to have copies ready for distribution to all households by mid-November and then to collect them around the end of November, giving each household a week or more to complete it.

It will be delivered to you by a volunteer, as this Newsletter is, and they will give you a collection date for the completed form. You will be given their phone number in case you want to change that date.

The Questionnaire is anonymous so you will not be asked for your name, address or phone number. There will be no serial number on the Questionnaire or its envelope. We only need to know how many people gave which answers, not who did!

Your answers will be your main contribution to the SIBFORDS COMMUNITY PLAN and a vital record of the views of all residents.

We hope to be able to report a summary of your answers at the end of January. This will take a lot of work, and Christmas may be distracting!

Volunteers Required!

Can you help us with the collation of the Questionnaire responses? Once the completed Questionnaires are collected, the next stage will be to collate the responses into a suitable format. To achieve this we will be using an Excel spreadsheet. If you have access to a computer and a little knowledge of Excel you could help. You don’t need to be an expert – just able to input the responses which can then be collated centrally. We are anticipating that you won’t have to process more than 20 Questionnaire responses and can do so at your own convenience and in the comfort of your own home. We have received confirmation of help from a number of residents but the more that come forward the smaller the task for each individual.
