Village Categorisation – a briefing note
Following on from the article Village categorisation published here a couple of weeks ago Sibford Ferris Parish Council have now developed a briefing note that will be shared with our Local District Councillors (George Reynolds, Phil Chapman and Douglas Webb) looking for their support and to help us overturn the current Category A – Service Centre allocation which we believe is wrong. Our opportunity to raise the issue of village categorisation is during Cherwell’s review of the Local Plan (starting later this year).
Sibford Gower Parish Council will be making their own case for a change in village categorisation.
