Share your views on eye care services in Oxfordshire!
Healthwatch Oxfordshire wants to hear about people’s experiences of using eye care services in Oxfordshire.
The county’s independent health and care watchdog is seeking feedback from anyone who has needed eye care in the past two years either from the NHS, a high street optician, or at a private clinic. This might include getting an eyesight test, seeing a specialist, or having an eye operation.
They would like to hear about your experiences of accessing care and your views on the service you received.

It should take about ten minutes to complete the survey, which will close for comments on Friday 26th April.
Healthwatch Oxfordshire will use what it hears to help shape the support people need and to improve services.
