Hook Norton Road development Final Approval

Gade Homes have created a “microsite” at https://gadegroup.co.uk/planning/sibford-ferris/ where you can view the key documents submitted as part of their “reserved matters” application for the housing development on Hook Norton Road. Approval of this application is essentially the final planning approval needed to go ahead with the development.

All the documents submitted for approval are of course also available on the CDC Planning website, at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/Planning/Display/21/02893/REM

You may comment on the application via the CDC website (as above) until Friday 22 October.
