Moths!

Andy Newbold will run a couple of moth traps overnight on Friday night in the Long House garden and then go through the traps on Saturday morning starting at 8am.

The moths will be identified and then released unharmed. Bring cameras or phones if you would like to photograph them. On a good night in early June Andy says that we might catch in excess of 50 different species of moth.

Based on previous experience the session could last for a couple of hours but you can leave at any time. Children in particular are warmly welcome to come along as they are often the ones who get the most out of it.
