David Hone junior called and said he would like some land in the Reserved Furze Field. I told him he was too late. I offered it to him and others at the meeting in the School room a week or two ago and no one would have anything to do with it. I told Jesse Bishop the next day that he might make use of it for the present and I could not take it away from him now.
