Sibford Gower Parish Council has received many complaints about parking in and at the entrance to Bonds End Lane. It is illegal to obstruct a highway, as is often done across the whole left hand lane at the exit from Bonds End Lane, and unhelpful to park on the road when a garage is available. There have been many occasions, particularly at night, when an emergency vehicle, fire engine or ambulance, would not have been able to enter Bonds End Lane, or, if it could, could not get through to the far end.

The Council gives notice that the Police will be asked to give attention to illegal parking with a view to prosecution.
