It has become apparent in Sibford Gower that we have a new phenomenon, with dogs being left to bark outside for long periods, late at night.

I say this as a ‘dog owner’, and would appeal to all fellow dog owners in the Gower not to leave dogs in their gardens, barking incessantly during the late evening – and especially after 11.00pm (which is actually classed as antisocial hours).
