Mr and Mrs Rugg came on a brief visit on their way from Birmingham to London. They came in a cab from Banbury. Rosa, in her wheel chair, met them near Mrs Turner’s.

The Flower Show was held at Tadmarton this afternoon in a field lent by Mr McDermot the Squire. I sent Webb to drive Bell, Mrs Davies and Frank. Mr and Mrs Davies here to tea.

Visited William Henry Sabin whom I found somewhat better.
