The Big Help Out
The Big Help Out, which will take place on the bank holiday of the Coronation (8 May), is a voluntary initiative which aims to raise awareness of volunteering and provide opportunities for people to offer support in their communities. The app seeks to provide a quick, clear and easy way for individuals to find and select suitable opportunities.
The Big Help Out is supported by some of the UK’s biggest volunteer organisations, including the Scouts and the Royal Voluntary Service, but it is open to all volunteer-involving organisations regardless of size.

Sibford Ferris Parish Council are not organising a specific event for The Big Help Out but we would like to ask parishioners to consider completing some litter picking in the village as part of the Big Help Out initiative, or at any other time of the year should they wish to do so.
