Sibfords History Society – Local History: how to do it

Scripted initials
Online only

The speaker, Liz Woolley, says

Being a local historian is rather like being a detective – great fun- but hopefully without the risk of being kidnapped , shot or arrested! The talk aims to inspire and inform, giving lots of ideas about where to start, what sources of information are available, and what to do with the results of all your hard work.

Liz is a tutor in history and local history at Oxford University Department for Continuing Education, and is already very popular with the Sibfords History Society.
